        Exceptional service again from Shirehampton Group Practice. I phoned this morning and spoke with a member of the pleasant and efficient reception team. I was called back in under 10 minutes by the kind and helpful doctor - couldnt fault the service. Thank you

        The service and care that my family and I have received at Shirehampton Group Practice has been above and beyond what Ive experienced from other GP practices. All staff have been polite, very helpful and considerate to patient needs. It is always clean, never overcrowded and patients are seen in a timely fashion. Telephone appointments are available with face-to-face follow-ups if deemed necessary. Many thanks to all at Shirehampton Group Practice.
