I would give this surgery 0 star. They are a waste of time, there reliability is ridiculous. My daughter has suffering in pain for over 2 months now and they are a waste of time to even interact with. First it takes two days trying to reach them and then when you do get intouch they lead you on with further lies saying they are fully booked now call back tomorrow. Every day they repeat the same lies. The doctor even said to my daughter we are not going to waste money doing scan on you. While she is suffering and crying in pain and struggling to concentrate in school. Struggling with her normal routine life. Not knowing what is happening to her and why she has all these nerve pains. But the doctors are to busy counting there pennies as if they are paying. Now that is how heartless and careless these doctors are with kids. Would not advice anyone to Join themselves and specially kids with this surgery. This surgery and christ church surgeries are 1 company and work together. They both are worse as each other do not ever trust them. You will never have any help no matter how much in pain you are. Find yourself a medical centre who will put you and your kids first priority.

Rang the surgery over 100 times this morning and couldn't even get into a queue. Phone system is a shambles.

Ridiculously bad appointment service, after well over 100 phone calls to get an appointment for my sick toddler only to be told to call 111.

No matter what I do I call 111 to get their immediate advice and no matter what treatment I need it all goes back to "if call your GP blah blah blah" I'm just thinking that's easier said than done I've needed just a simple doctors note and I can't even get that anymore it's ridiculous when I go to the desk personally all I get is "we are fully booked today" but how is everyone getting appointments and why can't I
