Impossible to get an appointment for chronic pain and review . Desperate times . Bless her the receptionist ( patient coordinator ) did sound very sorry . Must be very demoralising for them . Just carry on til I can't I guess

Hi I just want to say very mixed feelings on hanham. Iv been very poorly for 5yrs I was getting nowhere in bristol. So asked my doctor to refer me to queens sqaure London. Iv been going to London ever since and although I now have proper diagnosis sadly no cure. I'm getting best treatment. Thankyou hanham health. Although I have recently seen a certain doctor twice at hanham health very rude.. and has no clue of my condition. Seen him few weeks back where he told me my condition isn't painful. Wish I could swap my brain for his . Then he can have my brain surgery and feel my pain idiot

Oldland yesterday I seen a doctor after a phone call from a practice nurse that doctor was good the ECG in afternoon with running late nurse was good. at to wait for Dr to look at a long wait then sent home Dr will ring you later.he call appointment for ECG next day nurse Good then wait for Dr again to look at it .sent home again Dr will be in touch if problem the nurses was chasing Dr both times they all on holiday

Would give zero stars if possible. Quite possibly the worst doctors surgery Ive been too and its always been like this. Your appointment is never on time, the reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Even before covid it was this bad, its awful
