        Have had a great service. Used online system to give details of why I wanted an appt, given an appt a week later, reviewed a month later and referred. Seen consultant quicker than expected and appt booked via text to review.

        Absolutely diabolical service with this doctors surgery! Literally impossible to get a face to face appointment here and not only that, numerous times I have called them waited well over an hour for an answer to then be hung up on! Terrible, terrible service!

        Just popped into Leap Valley Surgery to book a Doctors appointment for a blood test. The lovely nurse actually took my bloods there and then. Unexpected but very much appreciated. Great service.
