The staff here are superb. They put you at your ease straight away and explain everything that they're going to do before they start so you know what to expect. The level of knowledge is first class and they're very approachable about any issues that you have. I know that my medical needs are certainly being well attended to by everyone within the practice, right from the reception staff, the nurses, through to the GPs.

Husband out of hospital having had a heart attack back in March 23 when he came home phoned to see the GP cant see her until May. Oh well probably would have got an appointment if he had an ingrowing toenail! Cant make appointments & receptionist says not sure under new management. Wow today found out what new management meant - a cynical ploy to say they see people the same day and how do they do that? Well if you phone Tuesday to make an appointment they wont allow you to do so they will say phone back on say Friday to have (possibly) a same day appointment. No that appointment at best has taken 4 days. Yes we are all terribly duped - not. Ive never ever known such a hopeless group and my husband is a doctor & I have worked in the NHS. Had to complain to our MP. Unbelievable if it wasnt sadly true. Shame on you
