I've booked in my mom for an appointment to be referre to an eye clinic after being sent from specsavers but doctor Thornton said he didn't even know why we were there and kept laughing the entire time being disprespectful and didn't even bother checking if he got the referral letter or not. He ended up giving us an eye cream for something specsavers said is a serious problem that needs to be referred to an eye clinic and didn't bother looking into it or sending us anywhere else. Absolute negligence in work of this doctor and the entire NHS team during the booking of the appointments and never sending any documents.

Would Give them 0 stars in reality. This incompetent company is beyond help. They are always losing repeat prescription requests are never helpful and make peoples mental health worse than they started off. I've never met a bunch of such uncaring people in my life.
