        Poor service Unable to get an appointment, staffs are very unhelpful , they need to change their appointment policy

        Make sure you take your appointment slip with you as proof that you actually have an appointment. My husband had an appointment there at 8.30 this morning. He didn't take his appointment slip. He never has done before and was not told that he needed to. Even though the slip was obviously computer generated, it was not showing on their computers and the receptionist refused to let him have the appointment and he has now had to make another one for next week. Not good service at all.
