        Was told when to expect delivery so changed my plans and waited in all day - was emailed from the company I purchased from to say this delivery company failed to deliver as no answer. I was in the front of my house all day, no one came to my door. After calling was told I would be contacted by these but nothing. When I tracked my order it said I was the 20th delivery so clearly the driver/s wanted to go home early. Absolutely fuming

        Absolutely terrible. Phoned late yesterday evening to say they are coming today and would text a 4 hr slot in the morning. Now 10am and still no text. Been on hold to the premium number they gave me on the voicemail for an hour and no answer yet!
