What a fantastic gin making experience. Had a wonderful afternoon hanging out with the excellent and knowledgeable Andrew. For gin lovers or total novices this is a perfect experience. Andrew was really fantastic and helped us pick out the right mix of botanicals to make our delicious gin. A lovely tipple to add to the collection. Thanks Psychopomp (and Andrew!)

A retirement present that Maria and I really enjoyed. Sara with Andrew's support were excellent. The information about gin-making was very informative, the opportunity to select botanicals were great fun and the distilling process was certainly interesting. The sampling of different gins and the occasional G&T were most welcome, and we managed to continue measuring and pouring accurately. The resultant bottle of "Old Soak" confirmed that I won't be retiring from drinking good gin. Recommended!

We had the best experience at the Psychopomp gin making class! There was plenty of gin to try, as well as an engaging and informative session to help us create our own blend to take home! Thank you for such a fun Saturday!

The gin tasting masterclass is an absolute must for anyone interested in learning more about gin. Steph was an amazing host and tutor. She shared her very extensive knowledge with infectious enthusiasm and great clarity, plus bubbly humour. She made everyone feel so relaxed and welcome in the tasting's quirky little venue. We learned so much and loved trying the different flavours. It was absolutely fascinating. Our kids booked it for us as a Christmas present. It made a great gift.
