Great shop for people on a really small budget. Only thing is every time I go in there they havent got any eggs they are always running out of eggs . The staff are really friendly & always ready to help you find what you need even one of the cleaner staff gave good information on how the shelves were priced , each shelf & each product. The self serve machines are easy to use & theres always member of staff stood near by to help you if something goes wrong or you need help so youre not waiting around forever if you do need to ask questions about how to price up fruit or vegetables on the self serve machine. If youre buying an over 18s product the machines wont let you buy it straight away for security & legal reasons , the red indicator light goes off when you press the finish & pay icon like I said you wont have to wait forever because the staff will be there nearby to authorise the over 18s products & more important they do it like this so the under 18s products cant be bought by under 18s public . They have some really good bargain buys pizzas , microwave meals & 2 litre cola bottle drinks . Rice pudding , bread & crumpets chocolate, biscuits, beans custard. Bananas , mushrooms bacon bags of miss cuts are good if cant afford the expensive sliced packs. Ice cream are okay priced too. The Small formil Laundry concentrate liquid are reasonably priced. I did see the bigger bottles which could go further if you can afford them probably a better bargain if you worked it out & have the money . Yeah the small cordial concentrated juice bottles you mix with water are a good bargain too . On another note you do get some homeless people outside by the front doors not all the time though. so if you have a hart say hi maybe chuck em a little change Or some produce Some of them are really friendly & genuine one guy will even show you card tricks if you give him the time & he gives out ice creams if he has them in return for the kids like. They are not harming anyone & lots of people are genuinely homeless & need a little help in this cost of living crisis . We are not on the streets or homeless by Choice . These guys should be given time buy the stores its up to the public if they want to help. everyone needs a little help now & again . Yeah a great shopping experience great food great people great products & produce & just over the road is an amazing fast food shop too & post office & butchers right on the traffic lights
