Didn't know the items where click and collect only until I was in store, however was served by a young lady called Gemma, who went above and beyond, THANK YOU!!, needless to say came out with what I required, one very happy customer, good old fashioned service,!! Argos you should be so proud of this young lady!!

zero stars, placed order online, money debited from account, item not in stock and order cancelled, awaiting my 499 back & can take 5 days to come back .. very poor service, customer here left out of pocket and cant go shopping!! Avoid at all costs, cant get through on the phone, waiting times over an hour ! - a business thats a shadow of its former self :-(

Had a complicated question, that was too difficult to put into a livechat. I rang the store, and Ash was very patient with me. He sorted my problem out efficiently and i was able to collect my order later that day.
