My first appointment to try get Invisaligns was in January 2023 and still havent got them. Very easy to get the initial consultation, but be warned for subsequent appointments you will have to wait a month minimum for each one. Mine was further delayed as the initial scan of my teeth wasnt accepted by Invisalign as they wanted more plaque to be removed. This meant waiting another 1.5 months for another appointment to repeat this process. I also had to wait for an 1hr slot as the dentist said I needed a filling, which when the appointment came she then changed her mind and said to watch and wait with a high fluoride toothpaste. This meant I could have potentially got in sooner if just a 30 min appointment was made. On April 26th I finally had my zoom consult regarding the visuals and the process of my Invisalign (after having a prev one cancelled due to IT issues). I was told to make another appointment to get my attachments but the next one available is july 4th. This means it would have taken me 7 months to get my invisaligns. What's even more frustrating I am due to move away from Bristol in August which means for appointments after this I will have to travel a long way. I work in the NHS so I understand service pressures more than most so I understand they have a high demand vs resources. But this is a completely private service so I am paying an extortionate amount to get these done. I've also found the dentists variable depending on how tired they are. They always provide good care but some are prone to trying to speed up the consultation (bear in mind the long waits to get one) and use a lot of jargon I don't understand. The only thing I cannot fault are the receptionists. They are always friendly, informative and if they miss your call they will call back. Long story short, if I knew all this I would have never got my invisaligns with smmmile and will not be recommending them.

Very frustrating experience having my teeth straightened with Invisalign at Smmile. The first initial procedure was great I was given 18 trays to change each week. I visited the dentist every 5weeks to check how my teeth were moving. The last but one appointment I pointed out one tooth wasnt moving much but the dentist wasnt interested and said we will review it next time. So on the lastappointment I again pointed this out so I was rescanned and told I would have some more aligners to move it. I then had to wait 5 weeks to get an appointment with the dentist! I was gutted! I then had 8 more trays but again it was clear this one tooth wasnt budging. I visited the dentist again 7 weeks later and by that time had given up hope! The dentist didnt seem to really care about this one tooth and just said the top incisors are tricky to move? Why wasnt this said or examined at the very start? I now have called to pick up my retainers but again have to wait 5 weeks for these as they have to be specially fitted by the dentist?!just be aware you will get bombarded with texts for outstandingpayments and a few times they couldnt find me on the system!very poor client care or consideration even though my teeth are much better than they were Im not impressed how I have been treated. Your basically paying for private care normally you are treated abit more respectfully!

My experience with Smmmile Bristol has been amazing! Every step of the way the service has been friendly, helpful and professional. Megan and Georgina are so lovely and always made me feel comfortable and after just 9 months I have the smile I never knew I could have! Thank you so much

My experience at Smmmile Bristol has been exceptional. From the moment I stepped in the practice I found the environment welcoming, informative and clinically clean. Georgina coordinated my requests and was exceptional in guiding me through the process. For my treatment I had Invisalign followed by whitening and composite bonding. Dr Nieves and Millie completed all of my appointments with the highest skill and their expertise have left me with a perfect set of teeth. My treatment started in June and by mid November I have now completed all the elements and am incredibly happy. Id recommend to anyone, and a family member has already started treatment on my recommendation! Thank you!
