Been with you since, 1990s no problem. But recently I was sent a letter saying my appointment has been cancelled. But trying trying to rebook has been terrible no one answers the phone after ten minutes I asked for a call back. Three times now this has happened and three times still no call back. Are you still open for business

The receptionist is completely rude. They give the feeling that your not wanted there. Trying to get treatment they have made me feel like I'm asking them for the world. 4 days no sleep and excruciating pain. Only to be triaged and made to wait 3 more days. Dentistry is fantastic though. Yet another problem, in excruciating pain, told even though om a patient of over 4 years, I can't get treatment.

So Ive been with this dentist for years sadly Adrian left which was sad as he knew my mouth inside out . Had max this year and he was brilliant! Told me everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable. But the receptionist staff are awful ! Rude I rang the day before explaining I may not be able to make it and she got very ruled and said sorry u need to come other wise we will close this case down. Which made no sense when you send us all a text saying if you cant make this appointment please ring and we will do something that suits you. Well clearly NOT u need to get staff that give great customers service with a welcoming attitude you nedd to change you ways with receptionists .
