Keep cancelling my childrens oppointments. Been over a year since they were last seen. You have now moved to private and still cancelling my oppointments. Tell me you cant see them for another month and then tell me 2 weeks... its discusting. If im actually paying I expect to be seen!!

Really bad experience!! Late more than 7 mins, need to reschedule and pay again 13. Never seen such service. Scam money!!

I rang at 4.55, inevitable queue although encouragingly I was number 1! At 5pm I was cut off and when I redialled to find the answerphone was on! Website says 5.45 closure and the recorded message said 5.30? It also reassuringly told me the Christmas opening hours, go figure !
