Behind every great dentist there works an even greater dental nurse. Jessica Sanders must get particular praise for the way she efficiently supports the dentist, who unfairly gets all the credit. You could not find a better dentist that Sohail Rauf! The guy can take teeth out of my children with hardly any stress. What else do you need to know?! As for the work he has done for me, absolutely brilliant; scale and polish, fillings, crowns, bridges and extractions. You can tell that he is at the top of his game, I always feel that he takes a huge pride in his work. To be honest I'm not a great fan of local anaesthetics, but he can get it in there with minimal discomfort. To top it off he is the nicest bloke you could meet, genuinely interested in my wellbeing, Look no further!

After years of coming to this practice, never late, never complaining despite most of my appointments being 45+ minutes late (as a full time carer my time for self care and freedom of movement is limited) I recently had a bad luck spell with health and had to rearrange my appointments. I have been blocked from any further appointments and despite me calling them and offering proof of ill health I have heard nothing back despite being told they would contact me with an answer on whether or not I could come back to this practice. God forbid you're ill because you will be kicked out the door. Now I have to look elsewhere and hope I get my dental problem sorted.

I had been a little apprehensive about visiting the dentist, as I had two large filling replacements that needed doing. I need not have worried. Although my appointment was a long one (two and a half hours) it was entirely pain and stress free and I was kept informed of progress all the way through. The dentist and the dental nurse were both friendly and efficient and I came away with a much better understanding of how to keep my teeth plaque free. A really excellent service.
