Church Road Dental Practice

After calling several practices I was very relieved to get an appointment with Church Road dentists. My son had fallen off his bike and broke a front tooth. Dr Barakat was very gentle with the anaesthetic especially as he was petrified. The tooth was repaired and now looks as good as new, I cannot tell the difference.

I've been coming to this dentist since the 80s always had Mr lawson he was the best im 40 now and he's just retired I had to cancel my appointment today because of personal reasons and the new receptionist was very rude talking over me, she said I have to pay 90 pounds for cancelling I've never had this in all the years I've been to this dentist, I was explaining that it's impossible for me to pay that as I am a single parent I just had a baby and I have to kids with disabilities and she put the phone down . A professional is supposed to direct me to a manager or a dentist and she didn't do any of this. I'm going through personal problems at the moment and this just ruined my day. I actually need two fillings. So I do need an appointment. I won't be called agressive by anyone , am far from agressive I dont like being fobbed off .

The clinic is more than beautiful and all the staff are professionals and have years of experience. Dr. Barakat was very professional and explained the treatment after she did all the necessary tests and treated the tooth without any pain. Very happy with my new dental Practice.

The three stars are due to the aggressive and very rude receptionist ( I still don't know her name but I will update the review soon with her name). I am extremely annoyed from her manner and I will never deal with her again. Hope her colleagues will be better. Dr Sharifa is really great, hard worker and passionate to her work. She explained to me all the treatment needed and also examined my kids. I will definitely complete my treatment course there.
