Very dissappointed. the service was good but tried to ring 3 times for a cost and got no answer so went on website to find cost and found emergency repair 23, that was perfect. when i went in i was advised that the website was wrong and its 50 cash.!! as i had walked all the way and it was raining i didnt have much choice but to pay. if i had got price before the visit i would have gone to the place i normally use and paid 20

This lab doesn't just produce excellent dentures. They are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

I managed to snap a tooth off my top denture, which has been made by TDL. My dentist suggested I visit them TDL in person rather than him couriering the denture back and forth: both to save time, and so I could explain my concerns. After a quick call to let them no I would be coming and when ( no appointment per se needed), I went a couple of days later. Everyone was really friendly, and keen to help. The technician (Sam) who fixed my dentuare explained everything before he started, and after he had finished: making some great suggestions for some future work I was planning. It was great to be able to speak to the technicians without my dentist as middle man,( I hasten to add I have absolute confidence in my dentist!), as it gave the lab to chance to see their work in situ and understand a bit more about me and my habits in order to get the best individual fix. It was also good not to have to wait for the work to be done through the dentist: I was in and out in 20 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this lab and the staff who work there.
