        Receptionist telephone manner needs some work. Very cold, non empathetic and also no active listening skills could be heard i.e. Almost like I was talking to a robot, and wanted to get through the call cue

        After a bad experience a few years back I had not gone to this dentist in over 5 years. A lot better experience this time round. My new dentist is amazing and very gentle even when putting in the injection to numb my mouth and gum. Very friendly reception staff as well.

        Brilliant! I have been with Katie for over 20 years and even when we moved away Ive stayed. Professional, friendly and Ive never had an issue or problem.

        I chipped my front tooth & was distraught. Im now back to smiling again as Oldland dental did an incredible job with composite - it matches perfectly, even my friends couldnt believe it! You honestly cant tell and I was over the moon - Thankyou
