Was once a really well run NHS Dentist, old school service and very efficient, sadly though not now. No NHS treatment available only private which costs , never answer phone or call you back, service doesnt even qualify for 1 star Ill be going elsewhere.

Used to be an excellent dentist but was sadly taken over and now theyre awful! Ive lost a tooth due to the dentist not listening and basically telling me Im imagining the pain. My child has also been waiting for 3 weeks for a retainer following removal of braces. They should have been back 2 weeks ago and no one can tell me where they are. No one bothers to call back and no one answers the phones.

Went in today for 3 fillings and was so nervous convinced it was going to hurt I neednt have been no pain and the dentist was honest reassuring and explained what I would feel. Thankyou !!

There was an very impatient receptionist who slammed the phone in my ear today. Tried calling back 6 times, no one answered phones. On my last visit few months ago I walked into reception area and was told very rudely as if I was diseased 'You can't come in here, you need to call if you have a query!' I felt very offended the manner I was spoken in. I called from my car several times and the phone keeps ringing. I left a message and no-one bothered calling me back. The last 2 years this company has gone down in service. Use to be such lovely ladies answering the phone.
