Wow amazing dentist (Ana) dental nurse (Lou) and receptionist (Mandy) I have been literally terrified of the dentist for years which prevented me attending and subsequently led to extensive work needed. The fear was the excruciating pain of the sensitivity of my gums. I gave the receptionist Mandy the whole story who was patient emphatic and kind with my constant calls and Ana and Lou talked through the treatments and made sure I felt no pain and so far I've had two fillings, one extraction and it's been pain free and I feel so confident and happy with this dentist and can not recommend them enough. Thank you Ana, Lou and Mandy

Effectively no NHS availability at this practice now with nil prospect of any improvement. Govt policy make it impossible to run a viable NHS practice. Privatisation here as elsewhere by stealth. Staff are trained to offer some availability sooner by offering private rates, but now by paying upfront! Progress??

They need to cancel my appointment so I'm on hold for over 20 minutes and #1 in the queue then get cut off

My kids appointment has been cancelled for the third time! They send a text asking to reschedule, so they book my appointment for month or two later and then cancel again!! My kids haven't seen a dentist for ages and this is unacceptable!

I cant give them enough stars, my dentist Anna and her dental nurse (not sure of her name) are just brilliant! I am scared of the dentist and theyve put me at ease every appointment, and I have had root canal twice and 4 fillings up up now and Anna is an amazing dentist! Thank you so much
