Was a good practice a few years back. But as staff have moved on, and the general shortage of NHS dentists currently, I had my recent appointments moved by the practice, and ultimately cancelled, only to be told like other patients that they cannot currently offer NHS services and do not know when that will be resolved.

Shocking service, waste of time and no care for patients. I have had all my appointments with Premika cancelled over 5 months, I find it hard to believe she has called in sick each time, have also been told it was due to annual leave - why then allow appointments to be booked when the dentist is on holiday. It seems obvious the dentist no longer wanted NHS patients and has cancelled already made appointments causing stress and inconvenience in order to make more money privately. This shows a lack of compassion and I really feel for those suffering with tooth problems that cannot afford private care. I do not recommend this practice.

Perhaps the practice can confirm if they will still provide NHS treatments, to those people who's dentist has left. It's not acceptable to leave people not knowing if they need to more to a different practice or not. Please answer the question and not ask me to contact the practice manager.

We have been with this dentist for about 5 years without any complaints, the dentist's we've had (Serena and Victoria) were lovely, but today we had a letter informing us that they had left and the practice no longer are doing NHS appointments (and cancelling our existing appointments) so basically we need to move to a private plan. It's literally impossible to register as an NHS patient anywhere nowadays so that has screwed us. We won't be staying there anymore. A lot of people's dental health will suffer, not everyone can afford to pay private prices!
