        Called for an emergency appointment after being told the previous day if I needed one to call back at 8.30. Was then told a dentist wasnt in until next Tuesday (for a dental clinic is extremely concerning) but when I advised who I was supposed to be seeing on the Monday for a check up, the receptionist said he was in tomorrow? Very confused, and put off by this practice so wont be going for any further appointments

        As a new patient I found them helpful and friendly and the premises were new and very clean. The dentist's explanation of what was needed to be done was excellent.
