Very Poor. Appointment at 4.15 pm got seen at 5.15pm. Such bad communication skills from staff. Even the dentists was dressed like what looked like Pyjamas. Unbelievable what the standard of this once very good dental practice has dropped to.

I had an emergency appointment through NHS 111 with Isabelle this week to assess and temporarily fill a broken tooth. I had never been to this dental practice before, but she was very warm and reassuring, and I felt completely relaxed and confident in her abilities. She talked me through each step, and was clear in her advice. I have since been to another dentist for a longer term fix, and they commended her work on my tooth. Thank you, Isabelle.

Massive scam. Paid 23.80 for a mirror in my mouth for 20 seconds to be told I can't be referred for the wisdom tooth surgery I urgently need. 0 compassion and I strongly suspect they could have referred me but just wanted me to register.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Spent hundreds of pounds with Dr Ashish Godara pre pandemic having various NHS/Private treatments to be told when I rang last week that despite needing emergency treatment for a missing front tooth lost due to an accident they couldnt help me. Apparently since I hadnt visited the practice since 2018 Id been deregistered. The practice manager told me that I couldnt be re-registered, despite the fact both my children still go there & the fact that I had not gone so as not to take up valuable appointments for those in need during the lockdown. The practice manager couldnt care less frankly. No regards for customer spend or loyalty whatsoever. Left me with no front tooth & no regard for the money Ive spent with them in the past. Practice manager promised shed ring me back after I complained & that was over a week ago & I've still heard nothing. Atrocious. Avoid this practice at all costs.
