A great local shop...however extremely expensive... Baked goods , sandwiches and bread very good...but not very cheap. Some items can set u back quite a bit. Coffee- good. Pantry intems - exorbitant prices. Good, mainly Italian charcuterie and cheese- expensive though... Bottled drinks- for instance an Italian beer sold for 5.70!!!...and u can find the same beer in Waitrose for 2.70...so more that double the price...how do u explain that? Fruit and veg...usually very good, but be mindful, not all is local or British...e.g. apples are most of times from New Zealand!... Do we not have apples here in Somerset, " the apple county"? Staff- very friendly & welcoming. Conclusion-ok for a 2-3 item shop...Don't get carried away when shopping here, as you'll end up with 5 items at a cost of 20 or more.
