Disappointed to see their original breaded chicken sandwich recipe change. Woman who works at this particular store works really hard by herself every week day and deserves a lot of credit. During busy periods I think some assistance could be provided to reduce the long queues for customers.

You might have massive and tasty sandwiches but the atmosphere you create and unnecessary tension is unacceptable. I wanted to get a stamp on the loyalty app, first it turned out I have to sign up and it was not clear this needs to be done until you try to get the first stamp. I already had access to the interface and assumed nothing else is required - normally you have to go through the sign up process before you can access the app interface. Then the code I scanned was not working, not sure if that's the app, very bad reception signal inside, my scanner, or the combination of all these factors. However, what I have problem with is the servers demeanour in response to that. She was clearly irritated, and told me to do it another time, which basically gave me a clear nonverbal message 'just get out of here'. I then asked her if she has the regular loyalty cards - she said no. Then I asked how do I claim the stamp another time - no answer. No initiative to solve the situation whatsoever and a very rude tone of voice. It wasn't even busy to justify any of these. Finally when I got to eat the sandwich (flat bread chicken new Yorker), it was disgusting. And I'm saying this while acknowledging that normally these sandwiches are very tasty. The bottom line is, maybe instead of introducing faulty loyalty app, to keep your customer loyal it's enough to make them feel welcome and respected. I'm not coming back.
