        Excellent service. I was fade up with DHL parcel then found DHL express is much better and way faster. Finally my task done perfectly with DHL express and the lady in this service point was so friendly, professional and responsible. Thank you.

        This company's service and customer service is not even worth the one star its abysmal. Waited in for 2 days for a parcel to be collected and no one turned up. Then when I finally managed to get through to someone on Facebook the driver had said that there was no one home. Ridiculous I was home all day and I have a dog that barks when the door knocks. No calling card left because no one bothered to come. Now I have reapetedly tried to get hold of someone for a refund and there is no reply or answer there either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
