Absolutely ridiculous that council office staff are still working from home! As a council tax payer what are we paying for this big building for when its empty!

Many issues reported to South Gloucestershire council are frequently ignored and this council just can't be bothered in resolving problems reported to them. Take a look at the "fix my street" app within the South Gloucestershire area to see what I mean- so many outstanding issues. In addition the council doesn't seem to care about disabled people and issues affecting them, discrimination against disabled people is no problem to this council. Thank God I don't live in this horrible area- working in it is bad enough.

Ive had nothing but bad experiences with social workers in south Glos. I feel theyre very insular, not very worldly or understanding at all. They claim that I am an unfit parent but the only reason theyre involved is because a domestic abuse charity informed them I had been beat up by my now deceased ex who took his own life last year. They then got involved and took my kids and placed them with a foster carer who tried to molest my daughter! They are now in the process of trying to shop my kids to the highest bidder. They dont care they are pigs and will never catch the real culprits or abusive parents. Their whole system is designed to make you react and fail. They will never help anyone but themselves. Dont trust them. Live anywhere else but south Glos. They are a bunch of backwater yokels who dont care about families at all. All they care about is their stats and their grossly over inflated egos and salaries.
