      • Agnelo Correa

        I was locked in the car park of the Winterbourne Town council car park. Called up the no on the website and since it was 18:30 hrs, the office was closed and there was message to call a mobile no. I called the mobile no and spoke to Paul Thembury who extended all his help to get the gates unlocked and we were on our way home. Thank you Winterbourne Parish Council team.

        I have been with TT for several years and have not seen an improvement in the service and now my email address has been hacked. Only retain the address for historic emails. This is an organisation which does not care for its customers!
