The Natural Smile Dental Practice

I travelled from Somerset to Bristol after being left with questions and unsure about the state of my teeth after an emergency appointment elsewhere. The new patient appointment system is brilliant giving plenty of time to investigate thoroughly and Dr Mei-An explained everything to me so that I got a complete picture of the health of my mouth. I've had some work done recently (amalgam removal) and other pieces with Mei-An. She was excellent, very thorough and friendly, would definitely recommend. Zo who works front of house is a good lass as well!

I have suffered with problematic teeth since a young age. Throughout my twenties and thirties I've seen lots of different dentists who have all generally left me feeling pretty traumatised and definitely down about my teeth. Nicola has given me new hope and the Natural Smile dental practise is an absolute pleasure to visit. All the staff are lovely, the practise is clean and bright and their ethos is inspiring. I travel from London to Bristol to fix my teeth and it is definitely worth the journey. I 100% recommend the Natural Smile! : )

A dental practice that is worth visiting, whether for routine check-ups or professional treatment. The reception staff are friendly and very careful and patient with patients' inquiries. Dr Mei-An and her assistant are very professional in the treatment. During each operation, they will explain in detail the purpose and tell the patient how they feel about this operation. For the first time I filled my teeth, I hardly felt any tension, and the anesthesia and various discomforts disappeared completely after one day.

I've been a patient with NS for about 3 years and I cannot praise them enough. I don't use the word lightly when I say I was traumatised by my past dentists and Nicola's patience and kindness with me has made a world of difference as I get my teeth up to scratch. Nicola and the team are helping me overcome my anxiety and empowering me, I may even go as far as saying I look forward to the dentist now! :)
