Im horrified at the awful reviews!! Are the reviewers just plain awkward? I am absolutely delighted with the support and attention I have had. I have been called to say that I took out an unnecessary insurance and have had a whole years payment repaid! I spoke to a very helpful lady who resolved all my problems - the whole thing sorted in a matter of minutes. Brilliant!
