        Unresponsive and unprofessional and simply failed to pass on client queries responses, asked the exact same query 3 times despite already providing answer. We were selling our flat and Foot Antsey acted for our buyer and took genuinely over 2 weeks to reply to emails, brought up last minute queries the day before exchange despite 3 months to do proper searches. Issued incorrect price on contract without realising so had to redo the morning of exchange, all very hectic and unprofessional. In the end we got there, but I would not recommend!

        One of the employees here also works or worked for the Legal Ombudsman via Foot Anstey and I instructed them to act on my behalf in a dispute with a solicitor. I will never forget how, during a phone conversation, he told me I had not been emotional enough when submitting my initial complaint to the solicitor. I had locked myself in a room and cried for two days when it happened, and then I cried again when he said those words. (The solicitor had caused me to lose the house I was purchasing, and rather a lot of money). I have never felt so dismissed and ignored at any other time in my life.
