Raj, the manager, asked her what she needed and said they'd bake a special order to be ready an hour earlier than usual the following morning.
I turned up in the morning and they had everything boxed up and ready to take away.
I never imagined that a big chain like the co-op would take on special requests like this, it's maybe what you might expect from an old style local shop.
Very impressive, well done to Raj and the team.
