Lost a parcel that got delivered there for pick up. Didnt even seem sorry about it.

Been in twice in the last two months. All three staff I have had dealings with have been patronising, rude and unhelpful. They give the feeling like they are doing me a favour by letting me in the shop. The last experience was also around Amazon UPS returns . The description as a UPS Access Point is that they will pack, label and send your item, after you show your barcode to be scanned - the reality was that they threw two bags at me, told me to put the items in, the shoe boxes (fairly standard Amazon return item) wouldn't fit so they told me to go away. I have no idea how they make money, but it won't be mine. Ever.

Refuses to accept ups unless you get there before the pickup. Rude man. Take your business elsewhere.

Refuses Amazon pickup unless it's on the day of collections. Don't even bother, attitude and completely unhelpful. No mask, simply doesn't care.

Cashier busy speaking in foreign language on his phone, have no time to answer to my greeting. UPS scanner didn't work so I wasted all this time getting there to ship my parcel. Cashier was claiming it's UPS fault not his device, yet I scanned my parcels 10 minutes later in Winterbourne without any problem! Also diesel prices are one of the most expensive in 10 mile radius. Just avoid this place.
