Manager attitude is not so good to work for treats his young staff unfairly
sacked a 16 year old for breaking a bottle, even though he was honest and omitted his mistake
rather have "streetwise people" who are probably stealing from him and breaking stuff then hiding it rather than a honest sweet boy who was willing to work hard who just accidentally broke a bottle (to be honest who has never broke any bottle in there life!!!!!)
