AVOID! Terrible customer service, rude "assistant" who thinks work is not his job (see delivery section). They force you to purchase something if you need to top up your gas or electric. If you are unlucky enough to get your parcel delivered here for pick up (such as DHL) then you have to trawl through an open bag of other people's packages to find yours. Very unhelpful and rude staff who think it isn't their job to help assist you to find your package (spoiler - it very much is). This open bag is situated very close to the door and would be incredibly easy for someone to steal a package of yours without the staff even noticing or caring. Lastly the customer service is compounded further by the fact that they struggle to understand you as the majority of the workers do not know much English. If I could give 0 stars I would, worst corner shop I have ever visited.

Rude and unhelpful - went in two days running to drop off a Collect+ parcel to be greeted by a surly man who said he wasn't accepting parcels and then shouted at me when I asked why. Well you got your wish, I won't set foot in your store ever again.
