Rude and very expensive. Also don't accept card payments under 5 which isn't very useful these days!

Expensive and rude. Woman was just on the phone and barely acknowledged me just put hand out for payment.

Visited last night to just buy some butter and the male attendant told us we had to spend 5 to pay on card. Greedy small business owner tactic; they simply want you to spend more money to make their PDQ charge worth it. Visited again today to pick up a parcel and the female attendant was just as rude and made a simple process more difficult than it needed to be. As I left she told me in a very smug fashion that I needed more ID the next time I collect. Dont worry yourself - this was the first and last time using your business. I will stick to their nearest competitor who always treat their customers with respect. Edit: Businesses who refuse to take customer feedback on board in recent times are not businesses that will stand the test of time. Its just not good enough anymore when there is plenty of competition that provides good customer care. Its no surprise that this shop is always empty whenever I walk past!
