Sams car wash

AVOID NOW After a few years of good quality service at Sam's today's experience was terrible. I took my car in for a wash and interior clean; while sat down I saw that the arch was still dirty. I thought that this would be cleaned when they shined the wheels - nope. They did not even apologies. I said that this was not the standard of Sam's, to be told its not Sam's anymore and if I didn't like it don't come back - guess I wont be going back

Second bad experience with Sam's Car Wash recently after using them previously for several years (previously happy with their service). The same guy spoke to me in the same rude manner on my last two visits. Today I took my car for a wash & go service but when I arrived home I'd realised they hadn't washed it properly (there was still dirt all over the car). I drove back to see of it was a mistake but the guy said it was because he didn't dry my car. I didn't ask or need the dry service, I only needed it to be washed. He then proceeded to jetwash my car again and then pointed for me to leave. I checked the car before leaving to find it wasn't much better then after the 1st wash. He refused to rectify and told me not to come back. Awful service from what used to be a great car wash.

Agreed price at 75, for me to leave the car with them all day. Popped past at 1pm car was parked up. Popped past at 2pm car was parked up. Returned at the end of the day to a filthy car, interior covered in silicone spray, with the guy saying Brother this, Brother that. Cars not been Valeted, its as simple as that.
