Good staff, strange customers today. Update: They have not had enough checkouts open for a couple of years and now they have ripped half of them out. Always long queues now. I feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with the unhappy customers. You should not shoot the messenger but if all we see are messengers then messengers will be shot. Update: they now don't remove security tags from bottles of spirit until you have paid. I can't really believe it achieves much other than annoying people, heavy stuff goes in the bottom of the bag so I don't pack until I have paid.

We shopped in Tesco on Saturday and bought a few bits and pieces. But when we got down to the bakery isle we saw staff putting bread loaves out with there hands. They didn't have gloves on which is quite unhygienic knowing staff or the public might not have washed there hands It has put us off bread should be in proper bags and might put other people off as well

Started shopping at Tesco on a regular basis following a house move, as they were my local store. Used their Handsets to scan my own shopping. On at least 60-70% of my trips I have been selected for a re-scan (full and partial). I fully understand why they do the re-scan but unless my luck is incredibly bad I dont understand why I am being selected so often, this is now making me resent using Tesco. There has never been an issue following the re-scan of my items with all items scanned correctly. They state their customer selection is random but this doesnt appear to be the case. I didnt want to be made to feel this way so stopped shopping with them. Recently I thought I would give them another go Guess what stopped again for a full bag re-scan. Again, no issues as I had scanned everything. I want to shop and feel like a valued customer and not the untrustworthy customer Tesco are treating me like.
