The Gilmore

The shop owner was rude to my wife when we wanted to post a Evri return. They also completely blank you when you walk in the door and there is a eerie silence when you walk in without a hello or goodbye just silence. On one occasion I witnessed the owner shouting at a customer and calling the white person racist in which he wasn't. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this shop and to steer clear of them as they are horrible aggressive owners.

Went recently to drop off some EVRI packages, and wow the rest of these reviews are so true. Barely managed a grunt in response to my greeting and then swooshed the packages aggressively to the side before scanning them. The ticket was then slapped down on the counter and that was it. I'm not sure why the gentleman is/was so grumpy, but I will not be returning to this store ever again even if it means driving miles to drop off elsewhere. Politeness and manners cost nothing, especially when you choose to work in a customer facing business.

Absolutely disgraceful! Dropped my parcels off to be posted, the guy scanned my parcel and then chucked them into the corner with an aggressive manner. I said to him please do not throw them like that, which he responded with its only clothes he did not know it was only clothes. He then started to be very aggressive. This guy clearly hates his job and people. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!! This place doesnt even deserve 1 star!

I only use the shop to send Evri items but now I go to Go Outdoors instead due to the owner, and one of the sons, attitude. They talk to you in a really nasty way. The owner just shouts and is really curt with his words. No pleasantries at all. Some people need to acquire manners.
