This is my local Yodel collection shop. Every time I go, I am greeted by a very rude store owner. There have been times Ive struggled to get my sons pushchair into the shop and the owner has just stood and watched my struggle, rather than helping. The owner is very difficult to talk to and always asks me to come back later to post my parcel. Today, I tried to bring my parcel in and the owner was unloading his car of stock, and told me to wait ten minutes. I said that was fine, and stood in the inside of the doorway as it was raining. He told me off for doing this. As well as this, his shop is very dirty, with scrunched up lottery tickets and old packets everywhere. Ive had too many rude encounters with this owner and cannot tell people enough to steer clear of this shop.

A very, very small shop. Not very much selection to choose from. It's useful as a Collect+ drop-off point.

Rudest man I've ever met. Grunted at me, refused to accept parcel and shooed me out the door

Cant believe how rude this guy is. The shop was closed with a sign up no more parcels until further notice. I came back the next day and the sign was still on the til, so I asked if he was able to take the parcel. He grunted at me with more of an aggressive arm wave than an answer. Took the parcel then waved his arm to the end of store, saying put it there. So I walked to the end of the store where there was a few stacked empty black boxes, I put my parcel in there, and the bloke went a bit nuts , going not in there waving his arm at me. I was really awaken back, and said why are you shouting, I find you really rude to which he had the audacity to shout at me and then ask if I worked! Now I get that he might not enjoy his work, or taking parcels but thats his decision. Ive been in three times and each time he is unwelcoming and rude. So today I went to the fishponds shop, who were polite and welcoming, so best to go there instead. No stars
