*****Update ****** I was asked to contact them regarding my review. I explained everything exactly as it happened and was told (Ive copied this from the actual email)... Weve forwarded it onto Appleby Westward Co Ltd, who manage the stores in your region, for investigation. Theyll be in touch with you shortly with an update. That was on the 29th December - Iv not h anything from them! *********************************** Appalling- had a parcel delivered there as I was working so I thought it would be safer. Go to pick it up today and theyve lost it, they dont have a clue where it is. One woman even shrugged her shoulders and said itll turn up. This is a Christmas present so thats not going to be any good to me. Wouldnt recommend you get parcels delivered there as they clearly dont keep them safe!

Love my local shop - nothing is too much for the staff, really well-stocked for essentials, really flexible opening hours for its post office means that I can pick up/deliver parcels at any time that suits me and great (and well-priced!) coffee machine too. Often pleasantly surprised to find it selling bread and milk when demand for essentials is its highest (e.g. due to snow/lockdown!). All in all, keep up the good work!
