Made buying online easy!... Oh not with them. Staff member seemed more interested in venting about her son or something to a co worker then helping out a customer. Went in to pick up a new issue due out today when they opened. When I noticed nothing new was out I found two members of staff chatting at the till and asked if the new issues were in. The senior pointed to the black totes and a hand scanner and said they aim to have them out by 11. As it was 9am I asked if I could grab the issue I wanted I was told no, everything needed to be scanned. ok fair, when I asked if they could grab it and scan it I was again told this time quite rudely "No, we wont do that. We'll have them out by 11". As I don't have up to 2 hours to stand around and I don't want to make another 45min round trip I just left and while on the walk back to my car I ordered what I wanted online on ForbiddenPlanet.com I was a retail drone once and I get that you've got a stock control procedure. But being rude over a simple request is just sad. I guess to anyone else who wants to make sure they get whatever magazine they want is to buy online and just come here for the post office.
