Shocking experience. I have been in today and the bill came to 9.25. I gave the cashier 10.25. The bill then came to 9.10. He gave me back 5p then 10p, where is my change?? He was adamant it was right. I didn't see my receipt until I got home. He put in that I gave him exact change of 9.10. If the store cashes up correctly they will know that I am right and it will be over. You also have cameras to know that I handed 10 note with change. If you go in don't pay with cash, use your card. Disgusting!
