The New Dibden Stores

It is clean and tidy. If they don't have it, they will try and get it in . Yes, they are a bit more expensive, but they are on your doorstep.

Nothings priced up so they can charge you whatever they want. Minimum card spend is 3 so running in for a loaf of bread or milk is a no go if using card . Rude staff and never open on time . Close it down and start again . Shambles.

It says they open at 8am but now it's 8:27 and their not open yet!!!

Always nice staff , helpful and friendly I go there to shop every single day and even if they're prices are a bit higher than every other stores, I am all the time satisfied with their products and quality

Long overdue review! After stupidly losing my Collect+ receipts for parcels I returned at New Dibden Stores, I went back to see if I could get my receipts re-printed. Considering it had been at least a week since I'd returned my parcel, I was so grateful when they offered to look into it for me. They went above and beyond what I could've hoped and went as far as to speak to head office and provide me with the tracking numbers for my parcels. Needless to say, they were returned absolutely fine - as they always are with New Dibden! Very very helpful staff and I will continue to use their trustworthy Collect+ service and would highly recommend to others. Thank you once again for all your help.
