        Treated like you are doing something wrong while just going in the shop poor customer service and rude staff

        Staff wearing headsets is ridiculous and leads to poor quality customer sevice. I witnessed an elderly lady in distress after she couldnt find her points card. When found she had asked the till staff where to scan five times before the staff member woke up and told her. It is not an intuitive system and the card scanner location was not obvious. The staff member was too busy being interrupted by and listening to the voice in her headset to actually listen to the person in front of her. Ditch the tech and pay attention to your customers Co-op, you can do better. I did try to complain directly to your website, but conveniently your complaints page is blank and has no mechanism to contact you.

        Always a reliable co-op, plenty of variety of food and drinks, friendly staff, clean and well maintained. Only complaint is they stock 5-6 jar curries but they are pretty much all tikka masala!
