        Good last resort option when all the other shops are closed because it is late on Sunday of there's been a snow storm. The cashier tried to claim once that a card payment didn't go through. Unfortunately for him I saw the payment go through immediately on my phone. He didn't accept that so I ended up writing my phone number on the terminal receipt and being lectured by local alcoholic that "these things happen".

        My daughter, who goes to the local school, told me that this shop is illegally charging a surcharge on debit card transactions. She told me that when the children complain, they feel intimidated by the staff and the charge is not dropped. I verified for myself on 8.3.18 that the surcharge was being illegally applied. Reported to trading standards.
