        How this store is staying open is beyond me. Store always looks dirty, warm drinks, most of the staff are RUDE!! When the mccolls over the bridge which is bigger, always clean and well stocked up, also have a POST OFFICE with all nice friendly staff closes down!! Shame on you mccolls / Morrisons!!!

        Only way I could post a comment to a review 3 days ago was to write a review myself. Baltic Wharf has a female manager so I don't know who you spoke to but it wasn't the Manager.

        Old manager with the zinedine zidane haircut is very rude no professionalism or manners and no awareness for hygiene especially as we have just somewhat over came this global pandemic. Definitely needs new and trained management which is monthly if not weekly reviewed by their higher ups!! Please somebody rescue this local store as its a shame its been run down by the current management that seems like they have lost the will to provide a satisfactory service or even be decent people!
