        Shocking. Every time I visit the store or post office is closed. Went to collect an item today at 18.10 Friday and the shutters were down. The reason I have parcels re directed is that I can pick them up as I work long hours. Sort your stockwood branch out. Going to put a complaint in to the post office also

        The Post office staff are great as so are the girls in the shop ,but the male manager is rude I have been a shop manager for a long time and would never dream of talking to customers in the manner that he does they change the post office out of hours time to suit them as got told one time by one then another time by shop manager who decided to point his pen at me I was very annoyed and will never go back into that shop they should find better manager .
