L.A.H Plastering & Rendering Specialist

We're so grateful to Liam for taking on our kitchen plastering job. He agreed to help us despite it being a really challenging room to plaster, due to the textured ceiling, uneven walls, and hard to reach corners. We made the mistake of installing the kitchen before plastering, and he was still willing to take on the job! Liam was very knowledgeable and talked to us about which materials he would use and how many layers it needed, in order to achieve the best finish. We thought it was very generous of Liam to share his approach and consult on the project in our first meeting, before we decided to go ahead. I learnt a lot! Liam and Chris are both really lovely guys and were respectful with the space. They went the extra mile to properly chase in cables and electrical boxes into the walls, for a smoother result. They both really care achieving a high standard finish, and we're so happy with the quality.

Liam did a fantastic job - we have been experiencing internal issues with penetrating damp etc., and Liam was able to offer a solution for the render with the hopes to solve them. The render was badly cracked, and whilst waiting for the weather to be suitable he temporarily filled the cracks to prevent further damage before he could get back. Once he could come out, Liam was reliable, efficient and communicated extensively throughout. He was very patient with my torrent of questions, and explained each step of his process so I was completely in the loop. Liam gave plenty of price options and was very transparent about additional costs etc., and we were really happy with the price we ended up paying for all the work. The final positive from our experience with Liam was his recommendations for other areas of the house we were having issues with, which resulted in a second opinion from a roofer and a solution to a leak! In short, Liam is great, and we would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Liam plastered a living room for me. He kept me well informed about the work, and his availability. Liam approached the job with a can-do attitude and took extra time to understand my intentions for the room and actively approached his work in a way that now makes it easier for me when putting the room back together. I won't hesitate to give Liam a call in the future.
