        Joe and his lovely team were fantastic. They took so much care over the downstairs accessibly shower room we needed to be able to look after my mum, and went over and above the spec to make best use of space. A joy to have in the house, and so very considerate. Joe was there to make sure everything went smoothly and got everything done in time for us to be able to provide respite care for my parents at a critical time. They were also very sensitive to our budget restrictions and found ways to make things happen. We would definitely work with Joe and his team again. Thank you!

        The shower that the Downs brothers put in became faulty after a couple of months, Joe Downs talks the talk but can't walk the walk and we still have a faulty shower over 6 months later! He now for some reason won't answer the phone to us. The shop where it was purchased from only need a receipt then they will change it but for some reason he is making it impossible to get. The younger Downs boys are great but it a shame you have to deal with Joe. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT DECENT AFTERCARE AFTER ALL THE MONEY YOU SPEND.
